We moved our site to a different server which has a different folder structure and now when someone tried to download a file that was previously uploaded they get this:

ERROR: File not found.

the downloads directory is still there as all directories and permissions were copied over, it is the higher level directories before the web root that changed. I expected to find some place in the config for this mod that was storing that info, but all I see is the ./downloads setting which is still the same.

The files in question are actually there in the downloads directory, but not the ec_temp directory so I don't know why it is looking there or trying to anyway. The files also have a prefix before the name of each filename like 12345-Filename.zip etc.

The file I am trying to download is located here so you can see the error yourself:

I can try to reinstall the mod again from a fresh zip to see if that fixes/changes anything, but I am assuming that this is some sort of config error since the site moved, but I have no idea what other than the dir path would have caused a problem.

There should be something wrong with the directories, permissions, ... DownloadsII isn't storing a server path (there's only the ./downloads setting).

Look at this post (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showpost.php?p=1645809&postcount=2961) for a list of things to do (reinstall means overwriting the product and not uninstall-install, which deletes all data!).

Thanks for the tip, I looked up that post and sure enough my ec_temp dir was set to 755, I set it to 777 and it seems to work fine now.

Where do you download version 6.0 from? I'd like to see what is new and upgrade if possible.

I have some improvement suggestions and questions, though.

How can I change the picture thumb Quality and how can I change the dimensions of the picture thumbnail?

I have a forum about 3D modeling and Art, and I believe that sometimes pictures are important.
I created a sector about materials available for users to download and the picture thumbnail of the material.
Right now I see that the thumbnail of the uploaded picture does not have enough quality (for my needs) to clearly see what the material is about.
It would be nice to be able to play with those parameters. :-)

Another thing I am interested of having in the mod, is the below:
I believe that Downloads II Create New Thread Add-On is a very useful plugin.

The basic meaning of existing of a plugin like this (Downloads II), is that the users can avoid searching inside posts and threads for specific types of attachments. Instead, they can find everything for downloading" in one place".

Another good reason is that because of the already configured User permission system of vbulletin. Let's assume that administrator want guests/anonymous users to be able to view pictures and not download specific files (zip, tar, rar). The already default permission system of Vbulletin can't help him.
So, He have two options (on/off).
Let everyone Download to view/download attachments inside forums (the pictures and the zips - every file).
Don't let Specific usergroups (like anonymous/guests) to view/download attachments inside forums.The extra plugin "Create New Thread Add-On" is a great extra feature. But it can't help.....
...I believe that what we really need is a better integration of this excellent plugin with the attachment system of vbulletin so users can (also) upload their files inside their posts (where they need it).
Examble:
The user Write an article about 3D Modeling.
The user upload some pictures through the default attachment system of Vbulletin.
The user Places the pictures using the attach icon ( XXXX) inside his post.
The user Uploads the zip, avi, tar, rar, mov file (every file that is not a picture)
The user submit his thread/post and finish.Result: The downloads II section is empty. The files are lost inside the threads. No-one can find and download them easily.

Now let's see it from the other side....
The user Write an article about 3D Modeling.
The user upload some pictures through the default attachment system of Vbulletin.
The user Places the pictures using the attach icon ( XXXX) inside his post.
The user submit his thread/post.
The user go to the downloads II section.
The user Uploads the zip, avi, tar, rar, mov files to the Downloads II Section in the categories and put some pictures there too (for thumbnail purposes. i.e. If the user uploads a 3D Model, he would like to have more than one pictures attached showing various renderings of the model in different angles and "choose" one picture attachment to be the basic thumbnail of his 3D Model in the downloads II section. Not only the first one. He would like to Choose what he want,the default thumbnail could be the first one attached,though).
The user opens another page in his browser and open the download section there (he want the links of his attachments to place them inside the post/thread)
The user EDIT his posted post/thread and copy/paste the URL's of the Files he attached in the Downloads II Section.
The user submit his thread/post again and finish.Result:
Downloads II Section have various files for users to download.
The file attachments are collected together, but they have no reference to the Post/Thread (so, the people who download the files (the downloaders), can't see in what thread/post the file exists) Only the thread/post reader can see the file in the downloads II when he clicks the File URL.
The thread/post have the file attachments (but no counter of how many downloads have been done there--> inside the post I mean). They can see the download counter only to the downloads II section).
Finaly, Administrator is unxious about the double posting of picture files (and the space MB of the resulting Thumbnails)....(What a waste of space....he thinks. This is not an optimized site)


Conclusion:
What if We could specify the Quality of the attached images?
What if We could specify the thumb dimensions of the attached images?
What if We could have a second "upload attachment" option in our threads/posts (the Downloads II attachment method)? (Administrator, can set the permissions so he allow only picture attachments to the default attachment system and the rest files to the Downloads II Attachment system). Both attachment systems must exist. The second one (Downloads II) is expanding the default one with it's intergration.
What if We could have the attach button/menu have the Downloads II attachments there and be able to post them easily to our posts like the default way? (XXX)
What if We could have the ability to attach the Picture attachments we uploaded in our thread/post inside the integrated Downloads II Section and share them between this two (thread/post - Downloads II)?
What if We could have a reference of our thread name with the prefix too (text with the link inside it, that when the user click on it, it opens in the same page the thread. Not in a blank page)
What if the Downloads II plugin could allow the integration with other plugins easily like video Embedding options for an avi attachment? (I don't know if it is already can be done).
i.e.The user uploads a Video-Tutorial for 3D Modeling (*.avi, *.mov, *.ogm, etc). He puts it to the downloads Section, so users can download it. He also want to embed it to the thread/post so users can view it directly into the post/thread. The tutorial thread/post is completed. Everyone can do Everything that is relative to the Tutorial Thread (view pictures, download files, View Embedded videos, etc.)The thread starter is happy because the interface he used is user friendly. Now he want to write more tutorials and in general post more threads. The Viewer of the Thread is Happy, because the integration Helped him to View the thread and/or the media/files of the thread and he also downloaded easily the attachments. The administrator is happy because he can set the permissions easilly (i.e. anonymous/guest users can see the images but they must be registered to download the zip files, etc) everyone else is happy and he can drink his coffe enjoying his well working and optimized site...!!!

Hi, great mod. Been using it for a while now. The only thing I'm having trouble doing though is sorting the files alphabetically.

For example on here (http://www.fm-base.co.uk/forum/downloads.php?do=cat&id=23) the files are displaying in the order they were added.

How can I get them to sort alphabetically by default.

Admin CP > Downloads > Settings > Sort By Weight is set to NO.

How do I do this?

You can always use BBCode to display your images.

Generally, any vBulletin modification would need it's folders and files somewhere in the root directory of the forum.

Thanks for the info Jedi. I never saw the [img] tag in the row of bbcode buttons so for some reason I assumed it was not available. After testing it it does in fact work. Thanks.

As for the downloads directory thing, thanks as well. I can work around it with .htaccess, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something.

But there are no fields in red. When the error screen appears, my Description field and "Choose File" designation are empty. The File Name and Author information remains. I am running Downloads 5.0.8 on vBulletin 3.7.4.

I just tried overwriting the files and reimporting the .xml file but I have the same result. I checked permissions on the /downloads folder and it is 777. I checked the ec_tmp folder and it is 755 but it will not allow me to modify it.

Eg: if the user was looking at a freeware section then only the files in that category would show up on the Most Downloaded & Most Recent files.

because once your hdd space is full you cant import any files at all because all files copies directly to downloads

symlink do not work because u need to copy directory to a new hdd to make it whole work but what is the point of having my primary hdd when i bought the big hdd for the very purpose to store the files for this mod

Yesterday, I got another nice idea. It is about download licensing.
Imagine that this wonderful mod could have the ability to apply some kind of license to the people who want to download something.
For example in my site I am considering to give people for free some 3D models under the cc license (creativecommons), and it would be nice if there was a message (but only in the categories I want) that says that "this file is licensed under the CC licence (let the people read the licence in a special page if they click the link in the text or something - maybe with some images too - symbols of the license) and below--> "do you accept this terms of use...blah..blah...???
Yes / No.
And if he press the yes button, immediately he downloads the file. If he says no, then the small popup window closes and the users returns exactly where he was before he click the "Download" button.

Anyway, I am saying my suggestions and my thoughts only to say my opinion and to help the author with my ideas. The author have already done good work with this mod. I believe that it can be better and better through time.

..and he has not answered it. Therefore one could deduce from his silence that no he has no plans to do it. You have been waiting 7 months for a answer? Did it occur to you to do some legwork yourself and either figure out a workaround or hiring somebody to do the rework?

The error message is pretty clear. It is not asking for a file, it is asking for you to either make a downloads directory or point towards it in the settings.

I got the same error. You have to change the CHMOD of ec_tmp to 777. Thats it!

our biggest user of DownloadsII is now getting an error when trying to upload a file to the server: "Maximum Upload limit would be Exceeded by this file. Try a smaller file.".

1) My own account is in the same group and I'm not having any issues
2) I tried moving his account to another group, still the same thing
3) He's been having this problem for about a week
4) The file he was trying to upload is 86 MB, so I tried a 20 MB file and that worked... so I tried another file of 15 MB, and he got the same error... I deleted the 20 MB file and re-added it and it worked.
5) So far, not including the 20 MB file from point #4, he has downloaded 256 MB of files (8 files)
6) If he uploads his file into another DownloadsII category, it works.

Any ideas where this limitations comes from and how to fix it?

We have just recently moved webhost and since the move we are getting this error message.

you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

I need help in fixing this bearing in mind that I have no experience in this sort of thing.

Don't put a slash after .php when you link to the page. It's trying to load download.php as a subdirectory, rather than a file. Just take the slash out when you link to it and it loads just fine:

Feature Request: The Ability to Add an Agreement they have to accept before they download a file but the agreement can be attatched to specific files and whole catagories

IE : before some one downloads a file they have to accept somthing like this..

I agree not to distribute this file in any way shape or form.

Then it would have a Tick box [] accept [] decline ..if they decline they will not be allowed to download the file

Well, as far as the MEMBERINFO thing is concerned, you can't find it because those were the instructions for the original release of the mod, vB 3.6. I don't think an update has been made for the profile page of 3.7.

I'm not sure on the other one, but I was under the impression that you couldn't upload file folders. You'd need to ZIP them first.

Well, that's just my point. I've not heard of anyone ever trying this. I'm trying to figure how it would handle multiple extension checks and if it's configured to create subfolders in the download folder. In any case, have you made certain that all the files in the directory have allowed extensions? If so, have you tried allowing the file folder extension (I forget what that is off the top of my head).

I'm not saying files have to be zipped, I'm saying that it may not recognize a path to a folder, as this is configured to upload individual files, not the contents of file folders. To get multiple files you'd have to ZIP it, as nothing in the description says it's a multi-uploader.

My mistake, from the start, I missed the word "import". I thought you were trying to upload folders form the user end. I completely forgot about the import option in the Admin CP.

If I'm reading your error message correctly, it sounds like your host does not allow scripts to run outside /var/www/vhosts/mydomain.com/httpdocs:/tmp. Have your tried testing a folder with that absolute path?

Well, my host is in this case myself, its my server. I am not so the expert in things, I get along with most stuff over time. I Just didnt had that before.

I haven't gotten real in depth into that aspect myself, but I believe it all depends on what kind of server your running and what kind of tools you have access to. I found many topics about that and how to change it, but i just don´t know the main problem about it. To what I change the path that it works without actually deactivating the SAFE-MODE for that Domain which I don´t want to do for security reasons.

Ok, i got it solved by temp. disabling the open basedir for this Domain. Now I could finally get to the Import form. I added around 6 files and then pressed on IMPORT and it took almost 10 Minutes for those Files to import. Wow, and I sure don´t run my site on shared hosting, the whole server performance is at my disposal. But I think this took a bit too long for just 6 files, even if they´re all around a couple of 100's MB each.

Anyone noticed that the Import is that slow, does anyone tried it with bigger files ?

You can fix this issue (the security token problem) by editing or creating a PHP.ini file. I had the same problem and saw that it was answered on page 200 of this thread. See below (edit the "post_max_size" to a larger size then 8M). Worked for me.

Thanks columbusgeek. After your reply my co-worker and I checked what you had told us, but after testing found out it wasn't it. It was actually the post_max_size was set at 8M. As soon as we changed it to 100M, it started to work with bigger files.

Is it possible that bigger files (couple hundred MB) take a very long time as download to start ? I just noticed that today. Or is there anything that can be done to make that faster ? Isn?t normal for Download Scripts generally, even with big files.

I installed MEMCACHE on my Server, was already not so easy when you?re no Linux freak. ;) Anyways, that works and I got a bit less drain on the CPU now but still, the time it takes before a bit bigger files actually start and you got the SAVE AS window, takes far too long. And thats just with me testing, imagine 20 people do that at the same time, don?t want to know whats going on then.

Any ideas why this script takes so long time with bigger files to actually start downloading ?

Ok, i think i know why this Mod is taking such a huge CPU load when using very big Files (couple hundred MB or even 1 GB or more). There are 2 ways to add files. One is uploading (adding manually) which is fine for smaller files but of course overkill with File sizes over 1 GB or so.

For that the Import function seems to be there. But, this Import function kinda makes the imported Files downloadable as stream. Which means as far as I know, anytime someone starts a download, the file will be copied from its original location and made ready for the Download. That way making it impossible to get the original Location. Problem is, anytime a download starts to copy for example a file over 1 GB is madness, thats why the CPU is going up in usage beyond normal. If many people would download that file at the same time the Webserver probably would collapse.

So the only way to add files that are that big is with manually adding a file as if one would upload it but then not to upload from the own PC but to enter the link (direct) to the File. Then the download wouldn?t start as stream but get the file from the link entered and works fast. Only problem is, that way the direct link location of that file is easy to find out in the Browser and can be used without actually going through the Website. :(

Just downloaded and installed this on my test site and all it well, extremely easy to setup and use.

Anyway, I have found one small problem....

One of the templates (editor_css) isn't cached so an unnecessary SQL call is perform. The fix for this is extremely easy:


Get your downloads.php file and open it in your favourite text editor
Find the following line@
'file' => array(
this should be around line 95
Immediately after this line enter the following (exactly as it appears here):
'editor_css',
You should now have something that looks like this:

Save the file and reupload to your server

There is also another feature that might prove to be somewhat annoying to end users. Lets say UserX decides to upload a file, the enter the filename, author, a really long and informative description, the file path but forgets to choose a category. They then click submit and they will get the "complete the sections marked in red" message.

The problem is that it seems the contents of the description/filepath are lost so they have to retype it all or hope that clicking back will get their description back.

You won't loose any data: just upload the product XML with the overwrite option on (+ overwrite all FTP files).
NEVER uninstall-install it to upgrade: that's a reinstall and it will remove all data.

The download part of v6 is still unfinished. I'm not fully sure about it.

Did you have the problem already before the upgrade?

Check if your /downloads/ and /downloads/ec_tmp/ folders have a 777 chmod.

RS Jelle - Thanks so much for looking into the issue I was having. I reuploaded all the files again. Rechecked ALL for file permissions and found that the folder "ec_tmp" was infact 755. I changed that to 777 and then installed the 5.1.0 update you provided on page 156.

I'm happy to report everything is now working perfectly.

If I could imposed one more question:

You need to edit the downloads_cat_files and downloads_cat_filebit templates for that (split up the "Datei" <td> in two <td>'s) ;)

DownloadsII 5.1.0 introduces full vBulletin 3.7.x integration. Without any template edits you can get a navbar button, navbar downloads search, profile statistics, postbit statistics and a downloads tab in the profile!

Version 5.1.0 requires vBulletin 3.7.x (or 3.8.x). If you are still running vBulletin 3.5.x or 3.6.x, please use the old 5.0.8 version.

Note: you need to remove all previous template edits for DownloadsII if you had any.
Note for people running the 5.1.0 beta: I did some small changes to the product XML. Just overwrite it with the new one.

What do you mean with "download base"?

For the version number: have you translated the ecdownloads_copyright phrase? If yes, you need to update your translation.

There are code changes to the downloads.php file (and other php files in the package). As always, you just need to overwrite the old DownloadsII files on your FTP with the new ones.

Default is ./downloads/ what is mean www.pijanitvor.com/forum/downloads/

But if I change ./downloads/ to www.pijanitvor.com/downloads/ it is not working (I try to create folder there), I can not upload files or even download files.

Same problem is for import files from folder allready in my web root. You can not import files from folder, if that folder is not on sam place where is downloads.php

But what do you mean with 3? "AND" and "&" aren't synonyms. I guess you mean "&&" (which isn't used in v5 nor in v6)?

You won't loose any data if you just upload the product XML with the overwrite option on (+ overwrite all FTP files).
NEVER uninstall-install it to upgrade: that's a reinstall and it will remove all data.

I'm running VB 3.7.4 PL1 and have successfully upgraded to the 5.1.0 version from 5.0.8 without a hitch....I just over-wrote all files and imported the product allowing overwrite, didn't lose anything. ;)

Oddily enough I have just made that very modification to my install as I wanted the title and description to be on separate lines and the ':' looked odd. Your setup seems to be slightly different to the version I have (5.1.0) but the following might help:

Open the downloads.php file and find the line that reads:

$smalldesc = ": ".$smalldesc;

Change it to this:

//$smalldesc = ": ".$smalldesc;

This basically comments out that line so the ':' isn't added.

You can fix this issue (the security token problem) by editing or creating a PHP.ini file. I had the same problem and saw that it was answered on page 200 of this thread. See below (edit the "post_max_size" to a larger size then 8M). Worked for me.
this does not work. my post_max_size is at 100mb
files work, but images do not.

Many buttons doesn't have class atribute so in different style they will be showed same. Add please class="button".
Commas isn't be parsed in the title. For example I type "Hack name". Then if I will see source code, I can find alt=""Hack name"". It doesn't make valid code. Please, add the feauture that commas will be parsed (commas will be replaced by &quot;).

I tired to do a import on a existing directory. It didnt work in my specific case and thats no big deal, but after purging everything I am stil left with this.
The download stats are a bit, erm, inflated. Ideas on how to reset it? I looked over the dl_tables and didnt see where this value was coming from.

The download pages are wider then your skin, and you skin isn't designed to stretch in the event something wider appears in it. That would require someone going in and redesigning it or tweaking it in a few places.

He still created a category. He just linked the Downloads link in the navbar directly to that category. That's why the link goes to cat&id=1.

Do you know how to edit your navbar template? Just replace the download.php link with the URL to your category. If you haven't edited your navbar before, there's some good instructions in the articles section on how to do that.

It is not possible to just set certain downloads just to lets say "Registered Users" only, right ? Because the exclusions that are possible in the settings aren´t so good. Would it not be nice to have each Category seperately setup with who can download from it, or even for each file.

Is there any alternative to that ?

The exclusions work perfect. They offer very granular control. Matter of fact if it was how you suggested it woudl not offer as much control as he has coded it.

Users who are not allowed to see the category never see it. Maybe you have something setup wrong? I dont have the user id error you mention.

When you exclude a category, they shouldn't even be able to see the link to that cat in order to be getting that error message. The cat link is removed from the main page for them, and if that the only subcat in a top cat their allowed to see, then it will be treated as empty.

Probably because you still have them set to Can View Files. If you want them to be able to see the files and get a No Permission message, don't make the whole category excluded. Keep the category visible and fine tune the yes/no permissions above that setting.

I'm having problem with the upload. I'm getting this error:
The upload failed! Upload error.

I made the .htaccess file with the text:

php_value upload_max_filesize 30M
php_value post_max_size 30M

and uploaded it, but then I got an "Server Error", so I can not use the .htaccess file.

Anyone know what's wrong? :confused:

Are you on a Linux server? Does your host allow .htaccess php overrides?

You need to look over your webhosts specs to find out more information. I suggest looking over their forums.

The download image needs to be placed in the buttons folder of the style you are using. By default it is placed in the main buttons folder for the default style.

Easy fix. Just find the buttons folder for the style you are using IE /images/style_name/buttons and place the download image there.

can anyone tell me how to increase the file size for uploading, i followed the instructions in the post provided using a .htaccess but all that did was give me an Error on every page i went to?

can someone provide any hints or clues as to what i did wrong or what i need to do?

Basically i opened notepad and added the code it said, changed it to 1000 on both lines and then saved it as just .htaccess i then uploaded it to the forums folder where my Download.php is located and it showed as HTaccees.HTACCESS file, but all it did was screw up my board. what did i do wrong?

EDIT: would it be possible to allow users to add a small logo or banner to their downloads so when a user has clicked on a file to view the author/description and the download link, they get to see a picture (so people can screenshot it to show what it looks like etc or to have a logo/icon?

You need to contact your webhost. Anybody suggesting how to do php overrides here is taking a pot shot in the dark about what host you use and how your host has the server setup. Check your webhosts forums, the info is almost always there, if not a email asking how to change php values on a per directory basis will do the trick.

The download pages are wider then your skin, and you skin isn't designed to stretch in the event something wider appears in it. That would require someone going in and redesigning it or tweaking it in a few places.

Trying to customize the layout and look of the downloads page and running into some issues. I am working on the xhtml output. If you check the panel bit its meant to be a list item where as its outputting as a tr> etc. The panel sidebar is working fine but its just the actual panels "bits" that isnt being applied.

So, In summary i am changing the downloads_panel_bit, but its having no effect. i changed the downloads_panel_side no problem but for some reason the panel bit is possessed by a demon spawn and refuses to apply. I'm not using any caching currently.

Any ideas? Beuller.....Beuller?

You can do this as well:
Go to your "AdminCP -> Languages & Phrases -> Download / Upload Languages" and select your language and DownloadsII as the product. When you downloaded the language backup, you can update DownloadsII safely and you can reimport the language backup afterwards.

But as far as I know, product updates aren't deleting your phrase translations normally ...

is it possible to alter the system so that it only shows the immediate child sub categories, rather than all levels? having all levels displayed is confusing for the user and ends up being really cramped if there are lot of sub categories on the 3rd level. any help / suggestions would be most appreciated!

It's mainly a full recode as v5 is a fork of the old ecDownloads v4.
New stuff: updated lay-out (front-end and AdminCP), report button, more advanced search, use of the quick reply for comments, ...
There's no ETA. Some parts aren't finished yet.

Ok, I must be a total moron...

I installed DownloadsII within days of setting up my forum last fall...it's been a dream... easy to use, easy to setup...and users were even using it ( a little).

However... yesterday, a user PMd me and said that uploads were reporting "Maximum Upload Limit Reached". It's the first file the user tried to upload that day, and the second he's ever attempted.

I also tried... and I get the same error... Downloading tells me I've exceeeded my daily limit.

Now I SWEAR there have been no setting changes. the DLII settings for my Administrator group is -1 down the line. The file I'm trying to upload (and download) is under 10k. The only change made to the forum settings since setup was going from 3.7.1 to 3.7.2 when that came out.

I have checked every setting I can find: DLII settings, Usergroup Settings, read the posts in here about how these problems are most commonly caused by settings at the host (which I had them check...goof with...and no change).

There are a grand total of 4 files in the file area totalling less than 35K.

I've got vbulletin v3.7.2 and DLII v5.0.8 and DLII Create threads v.1.0.2.
(Since my original post, I have upgraded to 5.1.0 and still the same problem...)

Well apparently there were some settings I DIDN'T check :erm:... I am a member of several groups; I was only checking the Admin group. As it turns out, some really bad person had set the max settings in two of the groups to 0. :eek:

So... apparently the bit of code that looks at what rights you has doesn't use the "BEST" rules...but the "WORST". So... since I had Zero limits for number of uploads/downloads/ and file sizes in two of the usergroups I'm in, I wasn't allowed to do anything.

My User that "could upload" but "now can't", wasn't a member of one of the offending user groups when he uploaded the first time.

So... I'll admit... no trouble with the code, just a bad administrator:erm:... His beer ration will be reduced for the remainder of the week.

In normal vb terms, I think a zero is used as "no restriction" but I went with -1. It sort of throws off how the permissions work. Like you said, instead of "Best" you get "Worst". I have a small question..

I have added a streaming flash MP3 player to my downloads page, as I only host .mp3 files.

The problem I have is that when people upload mixes via the Upload Form the mix is stored as just the file name in SQL. This prevents the streaming mp3 player from opening the file as I need a FULL URL such as http://www.eternalbeats.net/audio/mixes/mixname.mp3. Audio files which have been directly linked instead of uploaded with the web form work correctly in the streaming mp3 player.

What I would like to do is modify the add/edit page so all links in the SQL database have http://www.eternalbeats.net/audio/mixes proceeding the file name. Is that possible?

What do you mean, you get nothing exactly? You get no files listed, or the files don't import?
