Is there any way to control what images appears when no image is supposed to be there?

I mean, if I turn off the switch, I'd prefer that unregistered users at least see some image of my choosing....

I wonder if this is a 3.7 beta 5 bug?

Flashchat ($5) is very good but slow at >20 users whereas 123FlashChat ($200 minimum) seems to offer almost nothing more.

I don't think we'd mind going with IRC at this point.
