Problem pulling and displaying info from the database while building plugin

I have a system that pulls RSS feeds (new headlines) from multiple sources and stores them in the same database as vbulletin. I then have custom plugins that take those feed items and displays them...

vbmenu_popup is about 250 pixels below navbar menu

I moved my navbar into my header and now my popup menus 'pop up' about 250 or so pixels beow the navbar. I'm sure I forgot to copy something....anyone know how to fix this? thx!
