I haven't read through all the posts but I have this question. I just got the Inactive users report, email, however it went straight to my junkmail folder. Upon clicking on the sender I noticed that there was and extra user name in the from field that shouldn't be there. The email said it was also sent from one of my members. Is anyone else having this where the email report is maybe getting sent to the junk mail folder or there is another address in the From field in the email?

Thank you.

On Edit: I might be having the same problem as the person in the above post.

Anyone?

1.0.9

1. See https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?p=1385436#post1385436 and https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showpost.php?p=1387479&postcount=965

2. I do notice that some of the emails go out as To: member_email@something.com; member_name but it doesn't seem to affect delivery. No idea why this happens or why not all the time.

3. Chris may be able to address the From: problem. It is supposed to draw the sender email address from your forum configuration. Again, there are a few people who see other addresses there and I have no idea why or how this can happen. Sorry.

The From: line is constructed in line 45 of remindermail.php (version 1.09) -

$headers .= "From: " . $vbulletin->options['bbtitle'] . " Reminder Service <" . $vbulletin->options['webmasteremail'] . ">" . "\r\n";

How can this insert any email address other than the one specified in the vBulletin options?

I just got this email notification:

1. version?

2. Try reinstalling - and if you do, install version 1.09. Make sure you upload the 1.09 file versions as well as importing the product xml file.

I do not see instructions. Where does reminderemail.php go?

I was already on 1.1.1 too. Should I still downgrade?

1.1.1 stopped working for me, with no reason that I can find.
Older version has been much more reliable for me.

Having read the recent posts, all new users should use version 1.9

That's my recommendation too.

You should consider versions 1.10, 1.11, and the alternate version titled "1.2" as beta versions - try at your own risk. But I'd suggest you get version 1.09 working first so you can go back to it if you encounter problems.

See install.txt in the download:

To install, upload remindermail.php to your ./includes/cron/ dir, and import the product xml

Options are in admincp options menu, where you should edit the settings.

I was having problems with 1.11 as it would send emails to members who are on the board almost everyday even though my settings are done for 25 days.

Changed to 1.09 and it said no one was inactive and would send me tons of emails all day long saying this. So I had to uninstall. Anyone else have something like this?

It emails from whatever email address is listed in the vBulletin forum configuration. The string "box109.true02.com.hostmonster.com" looks like a physical mapping address for your hosting service. You need to contact them.

Do you get the same thing for other emails sent by vBulletin?

If the add-on was downloaded from vBulletin.org, how could it be hacked? If it was NOT downloaded from here, surely the solution is don't download it from anywhere else.

whynot just remove 1.09 untill the next upgrade?

1.09 isn't there because 1.11 was ever unsafe. The person who posted the warning must have downloaded the add-on from some other site - s/he didn't get it here.

1.09 is there because it is stable and 1.11 is buggy on some installations. By all means, feel free to try 1.11 but it may not work for you.

Version 1.09 is what I'm using and what I recommend for others

whats definition of "Email Frequency" in the options?

djbaxter
01-31-2008, 11:20 PM
whats definition of "Email Frequency" in the options?

That is a little confusing.

It actually means "How long do you want to wait after sending the first email before you send another one, assuming the member is inactive?".

So if Days of Inactivity = 90 and Email Frequency = 30, that means the add-on will wait until 90 days after the last visit (or post depending on the settings) and then send an email, followed by another email reminder 30 days later, and another 30 days after that.

Hmm, why not put that clarification in the options instead of:

How often to send a reminder email once a member has become inactive.

Because i installed it a couple of days ago, and at first i had happy people coming back to my forum, and now i had to send a humble apology mail to all of them because I had that setting set to "1". I assumed from reading the option, that it would send the mail only once!

So unfortunately the plugin kind of backfired on me :(

and I can't edit that post.

Yes it will.

 What do you mean? The sender should be whatever email address is specified for the forum in vBulletin options. That's always been the case.

Does this work well in 3.7?

I'm still using 3.8.6 PL2. Beyond that, I have no idea. If you're using version 1.09 of the add-on, I think it should work but I'll have to wait for the 3.7 final release to see.

Also, if you are having trouble with version 1.11, uninstall and install version 1.09 instead. Version 1.09 was the last stable version and it's still working fine for me.

This is a grea product that bings back any users that have not been active.

Unfortunately I had to stop using it as I got a lot of Spam complaints. Perhaps an addition for the email to coantain a remove from mailing list and have it build a table to keep theese addresses that dont waht to receie the mail.

Actually, if you add this bit of text to the mailer, it gives them the opt-out option, which basically, covers your butt regarding spam complaints:

<p>If you have received this email it is because you have elected to "allow this site to contact you via email. If you would like to opt out of future contact from this site, you can change your notification options here: <a href="$forumurl/profile.php?do=editoptions">$forumurl/profile.php?do=editoptions</a> and uncheck the box next to "Receive Email from Administrators." You must be logged in to change your options.</p>

That is the reason.

Version 1.09 sends out emails in specified batches - like deezelpope, mine is set to 3 at a time and I think that's the default.

As I've said many times previously, version 1.11 is quirky and in my opinion should be considered a beta version. I would recommend that you uninstall this version and install 1.09.

This is a great little mod, since I've installed it we've had a lot of innactive users receive an email and then come back and have a browse and post again. It did open my eyes to how many of our sites members are inactive and led to me installing the Welcome Headers hack too.

Install it. Set up the options the way you want it, being careful to keep the number of emails sent out small. Go to scheduled tasks and set up the cron job the way you want it. Then run the cron job manually to test it all.

Cheers for the reply.

Only seems to work when I select "Based on last Post". When I select, based on last activity, I get "Found 0 Inactive Users"

I have 3,000 members and the Forum reports 700 active users based on the 60day Last Activity, so this MOD should email around 2,300 members.

I think thats right?

I'm not certain how the standard vBulletin "active" status works but I use this add-on in "Based on last activity" mode and it works just fine - note that logging in counts as activity.

What version of the add-on are you using? I and others had problems with version 1.11 so version 1.09 is recommended.

I don’t know why but when I installed 1.0.9. My data corrupted and my forum was close for one day. After restoring & everything I still didn’t manage to get last 2 week data.
Concept is good but not for me. Any way you can send mail to inactive member from inbuilt email fetcher in one click.

Yes. Version 1.11 is buggy. Consider it beta.

Yes. Uninstall version 1.11. Install version 1.09. Then go to Admin CP | vBulletin Options | Inactive Users Reminder Email and set it as follows:

Days of Inactivity = 90
How many days a user can go without posting before they are considered inactive.

Product Active? = Yes
Is this product active?

Email Frequency = 30 or greater
How often to send a reminder email once a member has become inactive. (How many days to wait before sending another email)

Email Quantity =3 ( or some other small number but keep it low)
How many emails to send each time cron runs (Lower means faster board, but longer to send all emails. Higher, vice versa.)

Question: How many emails to send each time cron runs ?

I'd recommend you keep it low so you don't annoy your host and/or set off spam filters.

How can I find how many times my cron runs and how recent if i setup this 40 emails ? is this every hour every minute how cna i check cron timing. ???

You can check this via AdminCP | Scheduled Tasks | Scheduled Task Manager.

Scroll down to Inactive User Reminder Emails and edit the settings there.

I would recommend that you set it to run no more than once or twice an hour. If memory serves, the defaults are much more frequently than that.

The report is telling you that sveteca, didodi, and themaztiff were emailed successfully. If noone was listed after "but their email address was invalid", it means no invalid email addresses were found.

I rarely install betas so I haven't tried it yet but it appears that the majority of add-ons that work for 3.6.8 PL2 are also working for the 3.7 betas.

There shouldn't be although I recommend a modification to the text of the email sent out.

1. You are only sending it to members who (a) registered on your site and (b) left the "Recive email from admins" box checked: that's opt-in.

2. Now add the opt-out part - Make sure that you're outgoing email reads something like this (Admin CP | vBulletin Options | Inactive User Reminder Emails -> Email message:

Hello, $username!

<p>You are receiving this email because you previously registered at the {name of forum} Forum with the following information:</p>

Check the cron settings in Admin CP | Scheduled Tasks - think the default is way too often, if memory serves.

I don't get email notifications of the emails sent out either - I may have disabled that as an option, not sure.

You say you just created the user and "set the emails to 1 Day" - what does that mean? Which version are you using and specifically which setting did you make "1 day"?

I'm using VB 3.6.8 and the version of this mod i'm using is 1.11.

Settings:

Product Active: Yes
Days of Inactivity: 1
Email Frequency: 1
Inactivity based on last post: Yes

The reason I've set it to 1 was only for testing it out..

I set the Scheduled Task to Run and I got this..

Inactive User Reminder Emails
Found 0 Inactive Users.
Done

This seems to be displaying the contents of the cron job. It doesn't appear to be a problem with this add-on. My guess is that your server is misconfigured in some way.

Hi,

I have Vbulletin 3.6.9 & I installed Email Reminder 1.1.1.

I am in the process of setting it up & had a few questions.

1. If I want to add a specific web link, do I just pop it into the message section or do I need to do something special to make it a clickable hyperlink (same as the $homeurl)?

2. Show footer link? - Does this add a link to the main part of the forum giving credit to djbaxter?

3. Add credit to emails sent? - Does this add a credit within the "we miss you" email?

4. I set (for testing) usergroup 3 (admin's), set the script active, then went to Scheduled Task / Scheduled Task Manager & manually ran it (to see). Then I went to Scheduled task log & it says:

Emails sent to:runnerout budda10r gamblingstats Amateur_plf supervideosmen zx10rgeo kuleshkovital Saxgrgns empaphnew sexyass olleloockoerrss Regespinlen buyviagramen LSMITH5791 tenacious z PERMARDIMBUPEd cheque7697 drugimpotence ChedeSach Aideptike Nadin Maison ShallbetNat KentBrooktl infiptoutsous jojonik GoldAmyFell Abarricosta Adillaida Tfyhdwrt SRASADAN Chickflick PERMARDIMBUPEj Blackjacktrinid inhisresy Abarricoss boiliorse. We tried to email the following users, but their email address was invalid:

6. This might be unrelated but... I did get a test message from one of my non admin accounts (an inactive one of mine). The message came from: Kawasaki ZX-10R.net ["Kawasaki ZX-10R.net"@123485-app2.xxxxxxx.com] (I removed some of it). Why does it look so funky (the email return address)?

I have Vbulletin 3.6.9 & I installed Email Reminder 1.1.1.

I recommend you uninstall this and install version 1.09. 1.11 is buggy.

1. If I want to add a specific web link, do I just pop it into the message section or do I need to do something special to make it a clickable hyperlink (same as the $homeurl)?

You can use standard HTML as well as vBulletin variables. My personalized message looks like this:

Hello, $username!

<p>You are receiving this email because you previously registered at {forum} with the following information:</p>

<p>Member name: $username<br>
User number: $userid<br>
Email address: $email</p>

<p>It's been some time since your last visit to our {forum} community.</p>

<p>You might be interested in having another look. We have added several features and enhancements to the forums, and many new topics and new members are added every day.</p>

<p>If you don't remember your password, you can request it here: <a href="http://www.yourforum.com/login.php?do=lostpw">http://www.yourforum.com/login.php?do=lostpw</a>.</p>

<p>You can now keep up to date with new topics at $bbtitle by subscribing to the {forum} Newsletter. Click on your UserCP link (<a href="http://www.yourforum.com/usercp.php">http://www.yourforum.com/usercp</a> ) in the top navigation bar of any forum page and select Edit Options ( <a href="http://www.yourforum.com/profile.php?do=editoptions">http://www.yourforum.com/profile.php?do=editoptions</a> ). Then scroll down to the Messaging & Notification section and check the box next to Subscribe to {forum} Newsletter.</p>

<p>We hope to see you back soon.</p>

<p>If you do not wish to receive further emails of this nature, please log into your UserCP at <a href="http://www.yourforum.com/profile.php?do=editoptions">http://www.yourforum.com/profile.php?do=editoptions</a> and uncheck the box next to Receive Email from Administrators.</p>

<p>Administrator<br>
<a href="http://www.yourforum.com">{forum}</a><br>
http://www.yourforum.com</p>

Substitute the name of your forum for {forum} and your actual URL for www.yourforum.com.

2. Show footer link? - Does this add a link to the main part of the forum giving credit to djbaxter?

No, to Chris (he wrote the add-on, I just help out with support), or more specifically it adds

Inactive Reminders By Mished.co.uk

3. Add credit to emails sent? - Does this add a credit within the "we miss you" email?

It adds the link to Mished.co.uk to the bottom of the email instead of to the forum footer.

4. I set (for testing) usergroup 3 (admin's), set the script active, then went to Scheduled Task / Scheduled Task Manager & manually ran it (to see). Then I went to Scheduled task log & it says:

Emails sent to:runnerout budda10r gamblingstats Amateur_plf supervideosmen zx10rgeo kuleshkovital Saxgrgns empaphnew sexyass olleloockoerrss Regespinlen buyviagramen LSMITH5791 tenacious z PERMARDIMBUPEd cheque7697 drugimpotence ChedeSach Aideptike Nadin Maison ShallbetNat KentBrooktl infiptoutsous jojonik GoldAmyFell Abarricosta Adillaida Tfyhdwrt SRASADAN Chickflick PERMARDIMBUPEj Blackjacktrinid inhisresy Abarricoss boiliorse. We tried to email the following users, but their email address was invalid:

The list is much longer & I cut a ton of names out. Why did it send out all those emails if the usergroup 3 was the only one selected?

I'm not sure. As I said, version 1.11 is buggy.

5. I set the Days of Inactivity to 14 & the Frequency to 100 (3 emails per year). Will that only send 3 emails per year?

Your settings mean that after 2 weeks of no activity, an email will be sent out and that this will be repeated every 100 days for that member.

The return address is the one you've set for your forum. Anything else is a server issue.

7. I got an email from my site saying: This email shows that the product is installed and working as it should be. There were no inactive users at this time.. The strange thing is I did get an email (to a non admin test account). How can I tell if it sent emails or didnt?

You can check the cron (scheduled task) log for this add-on.

The strange thing is that my forum sends emails from the correct address (for password resets, thread notifications, etc). This program is the only thing that sends from that 123485 address.

The weird thing is I got a second one saying it sent out everything to the usergroup (#3) which is not my admin (like i thought) but it is actually my users awaiting confirmation (why it sent out all those things).

My other issues are resolved. Any ideas why this keeps sending out that funky email address? The other Vbulletin items (password reset, registration, etc) do not have that email. Only the reminder software.

Would the older version fix that? If so, how do I uninstall 1.1.1?

Maybe there aren't any emails to be sent?

Version 1.09? 1.11? If the latter, uninstall and reinstall 1.09.

Setting in vBulletin options | Inactive Users Reminder emails?

I do have 1.09, I only installed that one because I've read the thread before installing this hack. As stated before I have it set to 1 day inactivity email 2 and usergroups is 2 for registered users still not working for me. According to my log it says there is no emails to send out.

I have the same issue. No emails to send when I have plenty of users that are inactive. I also set it for 1 day & 1 email per day.

I also set on of my guest accounts to be inactive for more than a day (for testing).

Yes it is this one... i was just about to remove it, kills me every time... turned it on once 2 days ago and my email system used it's 1000 a day quota and tons of returned emails since because of this... I have 1.1.1, you would think instead of being retrogressive and going back a version it would have the ability not to jam your email system... I have a 1000 email limit per day, my host contacted me last time about this mod, then i wonder why normal emails are being returned today... (limit reached), I've set the thing for 6 months, whats it trying to do email everyone ? i have setup this thing correctly and I'm not too sure it's my error, i have a lot of members, you would hope it wouldn't kill your server... cron is set to 1 hour, setting correct, user groups correct, should i set my cron to every 2 days? at least when it tries to send out thousands and thousands of emails I'll have one day at least to play with...

ahh i dunno, don't think it's right some how

Try reading the damn thread. I'm not the creator of this add-on (Chris is) but I've said many times that you should consider version 1.11 a beta version and 1.09 as the stable version. Use 1.09 and you won't have that problem.

thanks for the awesome mod, just installed it!

just a techniqal q, since my server limits the amount of emails i can send per hour / day - i installed it today and my forum has about 11k members, half of them are inactive. will it send emails to all the 6k at once now, or after 30 days on inactivity (these are my settings) to ALL the members that were not active over the past month, or just the ones that will be active and then leave?

if it;s one of the first 2 options, is there any way to throttle these emails somehow? thanks!

1. Make sure you installed version 1.09, NOT 1.11

2. Set the options in vBulletin Options | Inactive user reminder emails to reasonable values:

Days of Inactivity = 90
How many days a user can go without posting before they are considered inactive.

Email Frequency = 30
How often to send a reminder email once a member has become inactive.

Email Quantity = 3
How many emails to send each time cron runs (Lower means faster board, but longer to send all emails. Higher, vice versa.)

Sorry, i´m a total newbie to this. Just bought Vbulletin after working with other forums.

The readme is ok, but for a new one like me, it´s not descriptive enough.:
It says:

To install, upload remindermail.php to your ./includes/cron/ dir, and import the product xml

Options are in admincp options menu, where you should edit the settings.
------
So no, i uploaded remindermail.php to the directory but what to do with the product xml? And where is `Options`, i can´t find it!

So no, i uploaded remindermail.php to the directory but what to do with the product xml?

1. go to Admin CP | Plugins & Products | Manage Products

2. scroll down to [Add/Import Product]

3. follow instructions in the next screen

And where is `Options`, i can?t find it!

Once you have imported the product XML file:

1. Admin CP | vBulletin Options | vBulletin Options

2. scroll down to Inactive User Reminder Emails

very useful mod...

one suggestion for the future: i'd love to have an option added to set a total number of times to email a user, just so its not sending them emails until the end of time which is unnecessary for the forum and annoying to the user. either that, or if its possible to include a link in the email that says "if you wish to stop receiving emails about this, please follow this link: __________" where they can unsubscribe.
i do want to try to get users back on the forum, but i don't want to aggravate anyone or invade their privacy without them being able to ever stop it.

i think that's a great idea...i'll be you could pretty easily change the templates yourself to do that by looking at the phrases in the emails for susbcribed threads, which has an option to disable further site email if i'm not mistaken. that will also keep you more sypatico with established practices if a spam question comes up.

i also have the mod installed to manage bouncing email addys-lots of bounced emails does hurt your "email rep", so weeding them out as i go is part of my overall site email management plan...

1. read the thread

2. installed version 1.09, NOT 1.11

3. set the options using a bit of intelligence

4. added instructions for opting out of future emails in the options for the add-on

what email bouncing mod are you talking about?

https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=138884

note- you have to check for yahoo's soft bounces before you manage them, info in the thread about it.

and i have a question about how many emails it sends at a time and how often it sends... i have mine set up to send 10 at a time, but how often does it do this? after looking into it i see that it only takes my setup about 20 minutes to send 4000 emails

look and see how often the cron is set to run in your "scheduled tasks" of the admincp. you can adjust the frequency there, i imagine.

and the yahoo/hotmail spam thing concerns me... is there a way around this at all? for all i know i've already been flagged (have had this running for about a week now)

anytime you send bulk email, you have to deal with this. do you have a dedicated server, i guess? it would be a good idea to get yourself signed on for the feedback loops for those places that have them to help monitor. (for example, i'm on the aol feedback loop, so if anybody reports any email coming from my server as spam, i get notified.) yahoo doesn't as far as i know; they have a terrible practice of "soft bouncing" messages with the thinking that spammers don't retry, but real mail transport agents will. and if you host clients on your box, that's another good reason to get signed up.

honestly, i think that staying informed, making sure your emails have clear unsub instructions, and using some common sense will go a long way. when you get reported as spam, that generally means a person looks at your email from my understanding. so make sure it doesn't look like spam. make sure it says who you are, that they have agreed to get admin emails, and how to stop them...

while managing your email rep is actually a valid concern, i consder the stuff b6gm6n wrote to be straight trolling. (also found it ironic that your username is "troll" but you ain't the biggest troll in the room.)

Yes. Uninstall version 1.11. Install version 1.09.

Unfortunately that seems to have made no difference.
Deleted the old cron file and uninstalled 1.1.1, uploaded and reinstalled 1.0.9, same error.

Hi,

I just installed this mod and when I run the CRON manually, I get this nice error:

Running version 1.1.1 on VB 3.6.6

Any thoughts?

For some odd reason he is using short tags. Just go to the first line of remindermail.php and change <? to <?php and that will go away.

Hey so I was still having issues but went ahead and found the one file in here that does the array and it worked. Not sure what the difference is however I have a question. I noticed that in the database in the cronlog when the job is run it is showing a type of 0 and everything else in there is a 1. Is this a reason why I could be having issues in the first place or no? Someone please help this ones driving me crazy.

I really don't know why it's not working for you, BlueBullet. You had your options set to a very short interval (1 day) and selected only 1 group - try altering these, adding a comma at the end of that group ID number or adding a second group. If fiddling with the options doesn't make a difference, take a look at other add-ons which may be interfering with it and disable those for testing purposes.

Try these settings:

Days of Inactivity = 90
How many days a user can go without posting before they are considered inactive.

Product Active?
Is this product active? Yes

Email Frequency = 30
How often to send a reminder email once a member has become inactive.

Email Quantity = 3
How many emails to send each time cron runs (Lower means faster board, but longer to send all emails

Well, I must say i'm a bit confused so i'm posting a message here and I hope someone can help me out.

I have Vbulletin 3.7.0 Gold, I have a LOT of inactive users and I'm hoping this plug in will help get my forum more active.

Now as I have a lot of inactive users, I don't want my server going into overdrive because this script starts sending out loads of emails all at once, so my question is :

Should I be installing 1.09 or 1.11 to limit the amount of emails sent out per hour / day.

Thanks for your time, I'm hoping the effects of this mod will show as said in your quotes :)

I'm using your previous version on 3.7.2 PL1 and working fine so far.

The only problem I'm facing is the e-mails sent to users are not sent using admin e-mail address just like regular Vb notifications. It tooks the sender as origin path of my system like directions for admin mail box. The e-mails are sent anyway but e-mails systems like Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail put them as spam.

I tried to find in your code a reason for this but no lucky so far. Any tips ?

I'm actually using 1.0.9 on 3.7.2 pl 1 and it works great. However I installed it while I was using 3.6.x so this may be why it works.

What are the advantages of 1.2 over 1.0.9? Does 1.2 have a daily report? Currently I have to check my scheduled task log for "Inactive User Reminder Emails" entries to see who messages were sent to.

The main thing is that it should work with the most recent version of vbulletin.
It's been coded from scratch and designed to be more efficient - it uses the vbulletin mailqueue system and can send HTML emails also. The emails are more evenly distributed to ensure maximum speed. I am going to create a report system next which will show which members that have been contacted, how many times, and what %age of people actually return.

So, do we just remove the old files and use the plug in now?

Yes, That would be best. I should have mentioned that.

Are there any reports of working code as of yet? or bugs maybe?

In the meantime I'll stick with 1.0.9 since its working well and I don't need HTML e-mails sent, plaintext is fine with me since I've already formatted a custom message for my inactive users.

Thanks for all your hard work!

It's OK I don't really need it but was just a want for future things. Good job though on making just a plugin.

Hi CBraithwaite,

Just imported the new 2.1 xml plugin and all seems to be well, however I have noticed whenever I tick the usergroup boxes ie. "Which usergroups do you want to monitor for inactivity?" and then submit, it goes through successfully - but then all boxes become unticked again after it returns to the options?

Not sure if this is a bug or not :D

Also how does this run, is it by scheduled task? I can't seem to find an entry in there for this plugin, tis all

Thanks in advance for your help :)

it is a slight bug, however its not a real issue - the settings do get saved, but it doesnt load them up again properly! i have fixed it, but it didnt seem worth it to upload and notify just for that. it will be in next update.

it uses init_startup to process.

what is the error? if you are having problems removing the plugin due to the error, delete the pluginlist entry from the datastore table directly from your databse.

it uses the $vbulletin->options['webmasteremail']; setting, and is sent using the vbulletin built in mail queue setting - do you the same issue when you send other emails? is it likely that you did not specify an email address on your vbulletin install?

Ok thanks for that information :)

So how do I check what members it has emailed reminders to, and that they have all gone out successfully? Ie. A log of all activity by this plugin? Generally this is done by the scheduled task log if its a timed task, but obviously its not the case this time round :)

Thanks in advance.

I'm running version 1.1.1 on vB 3.7.2PL1 and it's working fine.

I see that some other members are having errors with your later updates...?

I think I'm just going to stay put. I don't want it to break.

Ummm.. the last I checked, this forum is for 3.6 Mods and add-ons.. this is NOT 3.7!!!! I tried to update your lastest version and it states the product is for 3.7 and not compatible to 3.6... I am running 3.6 and refuse to upgrade... PLEASE move this mod to 3.7 and kill it here... or support the 3.6....

Ok updated again and looking good!

This may sound silly, but how do you make it run?:o I want to send out my first lot of reminder emails now but don't know how to initiate the process lol. Otherwise, is there a set time when it runs automatically (each day for example)?

Cheers again :)
