Admin CP > vBulletin Options > Forum Listing Display Options > Show moderator column. Turn this off.

I think you mean forumhome.

But I think it does appear for sub-forums in forumdisplay. Do you need specific code?

You should delete the if condition of the moderator column if you want it completly gone, but keep in check the colspan of 5 when the moderator column is gone.
