How do i get rid of it ?

Admin CP > vBulletin Options > Forum Listing Display Options > Show moderator column. Turn this off.

well im making a style and i want it not to show in that style

I think you mean forumhome. ;)

But I think it does appear for sub-forums in forumdisplay. Do you need specific code?

do i just deled the part with the mod insde the brackets ( [ & ] )

You should delete the if condition of the moderator column if you want it completly gone, but keep in check the colspan of 5 when the moderator column is gone.

that almost works, i get a small lil bit left on the right side about 5-10 pix
