Flashing announcments
The announcment icon on my forum used to flash when i added a new announcment. now it doesnt anymore. is there a hack / option that allows this? please tell me i need to know :-\

there are 2 announcement images. announcment and onannouncment or newannouncment. its supposed to change to the other announcment image but it stays the same

huh? i also asked a member if they see the flashing icon right after i make an announcment. they said it doesnt
|
