how to do that thankz........

Just tell your members to imagine when posting new threads in these kind of forums that their post count has incremented.

@squawell: well no problem you have to hack newthread.php but whenever you update your counters the result would be wrong..........

yes

disable counting posts in the forum and then edit newthread.php to count the first post (cut out the if-clause)
