some forums wont count reply

i want some forums wont count user's reply post??

but i just want reply post wont count and post a new thread

set that new thread and reply wont count isnt it?

Just tell your members to imagine when posting new threads in these kind of forums that their post count has incremented. ;)

@squawell: well no problem you have to hack newthread.php but whenever you update your counters the result would be wrong..........

so i must hack newthread.php not newreply.php ??

disable counting posts in the forum and then edit newthread.php to count the first post (cut out the if-clause)
