Vbulletin Code Disabled; How to reenable it?
Developer Last Online: Feb 2003
Hi,
For some inexplicable reason my vbcode does not seem to be working. This manifests itself in the way in which when the proprietry vbulletin code "[tag]" is placed around text, it is not converted into html. ([ b ] word [ /b ] does not become word). How can I reenable it? I have looked in "Posting Code allowances (vB code / HTML / etc)", and edited everything there, but unfortunately nothing there alters anything. I have also looked in "vBcode Definitions", and nothing there alters it. I am running a fresh install. New posts do not show up the code. Many thanks for your time. Show Your Support

It need to be enabled for individual forums.
Go to Admin CP, then Forums & Moderators, click Modify. Choose a forum to Edit. Then scroll down, and click vBCode to YES. Do this for the forums you want vBCode enabled in. |
