It is an excellent helpdesk script (much better then the others out there), and well worth the money for the amount of time it saves in helping your customers

yup, that is one of the targets of the software, however the email interface to it also means that any site can use it. You can remove the web bit for users if you wanted and have your users using it like a normal email system but allowing you to organise and manage your email a lot more effectivly.

Great tool, but it's a bit pricey, even with the $100 discount... However, it's cheaper and better than the other programs that do similar assignments... If I need it some time in the near future, you'll see me bying it

Just wait till 1.1 comes out next week. Even the software that costs $25,000 a year won't be coming close in feature set
