Hello vBulletin Community,

I am currently searching for a support ticket system, but I have yet to find one that has an actual download link. Are there any mods existing or would I need to purchase one?

There are plenty of support systems available but not when it comes to actual vBulletin plugins. Is that a mandatory requirement?

I've been looking for a support system as well, but this software appears to be an invoice billing system for host sites?

A good, free ITS is -> HESK and its extension -> "Mods for Hesk".

No, as Dave and Mattwhf wrote, me assumed external scripts.
Hesk has its own management and can also use LDAP (fan-mod).
