Ok, I was changing the URL over to my new one this morning. However when I typed it all in and saved it on the Admin Control Panel I inadvertently left off word. Now when I try to access the control panel the URL is obviously invalid. the problem is though I cannot get back into the control panel due to the new URL being incorrect.

Is there a file I can edit through the FTP server that will allow me to go back to the original URL?

Can you view the database? If so you can change it there or you can upload the tools.php file in the do_not_upload folder that came with your forum files from vbulletin.com

....although now that I think of it, I don't know if the tools file will work, it's worth a try.
The database will work for sure, under the settings table
