Forum wrong URL
Ok, I was changing the URL over to my new one this morning. However when I typed it all in and saved it on the Admin Control Panel I inadvertently left off word. Now when I try to access the control panel the URL is obviously invalid. the problem is though I cannot get back into the control panel due to the new URL being incorrect.
Is there a file I can edit through the FTP server that will allow me to go back to the original URL? |
Can you view the database? If so you can change it there or you can upload the tools.php file in the do_not_upload folder that came with your forum files from vbulletin.com
....although now that I think of it, I don't know if the tools file will work, it's worth a try. The database will work for sure, under the settings table |
you Sir are a FREAKING GENIUS :) thank you so much that fixed it, looking at the URL I was way off on my spelling

We've all been there :)
glad your forum is back online |
