Hello Guys!
![]() Could you please help me fix an issue on my forums? I'm very new in the whole vBulletin thing, just migrated from SMF. Is there any way to avoid this : " opcorn" or " odge" ?

What I used to do was add colon : both front and back of the word. e.g. opcorn: or :dodge: ..etc...

hm, most of my smileys are that way. :X:
Are smilies case insensitive by default and that's why : plane turns into lane ?

No, it is changing plane to
lane because there is no colon required after the p

ETA: Oh, after Lynne posted below I see now, you meant that it's other smilies starting with : p that is the issue. |

If I recall correctly, if you make sure that the 'order' of you smilies is such that : p is listed first and then later on : popcorn is listed (the order is set in Smilie Manager > View), then your : popcorn will parse correctly as the popcorn image and not
opcorn . (That is what I did on my site and it works just fine.)
