I use Firefox 32.0.3

Turn on toolbars, then from the toolbar menu select "view-->"zoom", or press "Ctrl-0". Your middle mouse wheel will also change the zoomed view, if it is enabled.

In the menu View -> Zoom I found an indication that you can use the CTRL+ and CTRL-.
