How to change the scale of the forum?

You have your browser in a zoomed view. That is it. :)

What browser are you using?

I somehow accidentally pressed, now the forum I did not fit into the screen.

Turn on toolbars, then from the toolbar menu select "view-->"zoom", or press "Ctrl-0". Your middle mouse wheel will also change the zoomed view, if it is enabled.

In the menu View -> Zoom I found an indication that you can use the CTRL+ and CTRL-.

It works!
