Hello friends, I need to change the way that my users are logged.

I need to assign required fields.

time zone : -4.30
DST Correction Option: on
receiving Mail: yes
Receive Email from Administrators: yes
Receive Email from Other Members: yes

Do you want to change the defaults for new users, or set all current users to these settings?
