Modify user registry.
 
Hello friends, I need to change the way that my users are logged.

I need to assign required fields.
  • time zone : -4.30
  • DST Correction Option: on
  • receiving Mail: yes
  • Receive Email from Administrators: yes
  • Receive Email from Other Members: yes
