That would stop them from being indexed all together, and still return them from what's new (it uses a different searching method).
You have to manually edit the url to remove them from the search. |

Should you do as Force suggested, then you can use this mod, https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=305977 to exclude forums from showing up.
