popup warning for adult forum that use cookies

I need popup warning for adult forum that uses cookies + record IPs of persons who accept and confirm that he/she's over 18.

Something like this one: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=286015 but only for WHOLE site.

You'd either have to modify that mod yourself or ask the owner specifically for the changes, as it's not marked reuseable code we cannot modify it for you

Please start your own thread!

*So you know though eval()'d code errors are mod related. Disable each mod one-by-one, each time checking the forum until the error goes away, once the forum works again then the mod you literally, just disabled, is the culprit.
