popup warning for adult forum that use cookies

I need popup warning for adult forum that uses cookies + record IPs of persons who accept and confirm that he/she's over 18.

Hmmm I bet you can modify some of that and make it work!

well if I can do it I will not ask it here and create and share it but I can't :(

You'd either have to modify that mod yourself or ask the owner specifically for the changes, as it's not marked reuseable code we cannot modify it for you :(

*So you know though eval()'d code errors are mod related. Disable each mod one-by-one, each time checking the forum until the error goes away, once the forum works again then the mod you literally, just disabled, is the culprit.
