Unsubscribe type link?

Would like a unsubscribe type of link in emails sent out by admin, which makes it so that when users click, it sends a request to delete their account. Is there something like this?

edit: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=246163 this is one with unsubscribe from emails.. looking for a way to add option of deleting one's account.
