Fatal error after upgrading

Hey guys,
Upgrading from 4.0.0 and getting the following error after upgrading/logging into Admin CP:

Made a clean install in a new directory using a database backup - any ideas?

Figured it out with disabled hook but now my CSS appears to now be working and the site looks dreadful.. any ideas?

I second that! I am having a similar issue.

When upgrading, never erase the files and upload the new files of the new version if you have any mods installed, or else you would have to upload the files of the mods again.
