Fatal error after upgrading
 

Hey guys,
Upgrading from 4.0.0 and getting the following error after upgrading/logging into Admin CP:


Warning: require_once([path]/dbtech/username_change/includes/hooks/cache_templates.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in [path]/includes/class_bootstrap.php(1419) : eval()'d code on line 1

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/ditchthe/public_html/dwc2/dbtech/username_change/includes/hooks/cache_templates.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/ditchthe/public_html/dwc2/includes/class_bootstrap.php(1419) : eval()'d code on line 1

Made a clean install in a new directory using a database backup - any ideas?

Figured it out with disabled hook but now my CSS appears to now be working and the site looks dreadful.. any ideas?

How did you solve it? Others might run into the same issue and it would be nice to know the fix for it.

I second that! I am having a similar issue.

When upgrading, never erase the files and upload the new files of the new version if you have any mods installed, or else you would have to upload the files of the mods again.
