Non really, it's a more modern look, and at last 4.1.12 is kind of stable.
I hated it at first but love it now. If you're not sure, wait, vb 4.2 will be out by the end of the year, and it all starts again... |

the only reason I upgraded was the fact that vb4 offers friendly URLs as a standard feature whereas if you have vb3 you can only have friendly URLs if you purchase a separate plugin which is $150 USD
