Non really, it's a more modern look, and at last 4.1.12 is kind of stable.
I hated it at first but love it now.

If you're not sure, wait, vb 4.2 will be out by the end of the year, and it all starts again...

the only reason I upgraded was the fact that vb4 offers friendly URLs as a standard feature whereas if you have vb3 you can only have friendly URLs if you purchase a separate plugin which is $150 USD

Having friendly URLs enhances your site to appear in search engines

with vb4 my forum is not going to have any server load (cpu) improvment compared to vb 3.7?
