Twitter Scoal Bookmark share link doesnt work anymore?

Im talking about this one
http://twitter.com/home/?status={TITLE}%20{URL}

when i click it to share a thread on my board, the twitter page opens up, but there is nothing in the status box. (no thread title and no link)

Stopped working a few days ago. Have they changed that link to share?

When I click on my official Twitter share button (which works) the link I get is (for example):

http://twitter.com/intent/tweet?text=Talking+animals%2C+a+hilarious+video.+-+JUOT+-+Joe%27s+Ultimate+Off+Topic&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.juot.net%2Fforums%2Fshowthread.php%3Ft%3D59463&via=JUOTnet

or TITLE/URL

I had this with one of phpBB mods. I changed the URL by removing /home and it worked after that, I guess they must of changed something.
