Twitter Scoal Bookmark share link doesnt work anymore?

Im talking about this one
http://twitter.com/home/?status={TITLE}%20{URL}

when i click it to share a thread on my board, the twitter page opens up, but there is nothing in the status box. (no thread title and no link)

Stopped working a few days ago. Have they changed that link to share?

When I click on my official Twitter share button (which works) the link I get is (for example):
