Bug reports with long titles will scramble the display

If the bug titles are a bit too long (or if the window is a bit too short), then the display is a total mess.

If you shrink the width of your window, the titles of the last column (Dernier message) will break the table alignements.

I can have a fix for title in issue list by applying some min-width 40% and max-width 45% to the title div and 15% to 10% for icons div.
