New Posting Features - Force post icon

Very simple release, a small plugin that forces a user to choose a posticon when creating a thread. You can change the error message by editing the phrase force_posticon_error.

New in 4.0.2:

Mmmmmmm...think its a bit harsh forcing a member to use an icon?? can you elaborate on this a bit...

It's only for new threads, and on some forums using a post icon is needed. A good example if this would be Facepunch http://www.facepunch.com/forumdisplay.php?f=6

I'm not Facepunch's programmer (that's garry), but I did reply to your request.
