Force post icon

Very simple release, a small plugin that forces a user to choose a posticon when creating a thread. You can change the error message by editing the phrase force_posticon_error.

It's only for new threads, and on some forums using a post icon is needed. A good example if this would be Facepunch http://www.facepunch.com/forumdisplay.php?f=6

is there anyway to pick the forums you dont want a posticon for when someone post a new thread ?
