how i make side column like ip board when i click to x button the column disappear and when i click to arrow the column appear

There's a sidebar mod in the 3.8 mod forum. You'll need to do your part and search for it.

Another thing you could do is get vBadvanced's vBa CMPS and use the "Integration" option to include your whole site to put a sidebar anywhere you want it.
