How i do side column like ip board ?

how i make side column like ip board when i click to x button the column disappear and when i click to arrow the column appear

There's a sidebar mod in the 3.8 mod forum. You'll need to do your part and search for it. ;)

Another thing you could do is get vBadvanced's vBa CMPS and use the "Integration" option to include your whole site to put a sidebar anywhere you want it. :)
