This plugin removes the step of the register page, so you now can open:

Template: quick_register
Find:

<input name="agree" id="cb_rules_agree" value="1" type="checkbox"><strong>$vbphrase[quickregister_agree] <a href="$vboptions[bburl]/register.php?" target="_blank">$vbphrase[quickregister_forumrules]</a></strong>

And remove it.

what is the benefit of having a user not agree to rules? So they can come on and do whatever they want and nothing you can do about it cause you dont have rules in place?
