Advanced Memberlist Options

Done per request here

Allows you to control which usergroups are allowed to view the memberlist via admincp.

Instructions are in the .zip file

Support will only be given to those who have clicked INSTALL

Changelog:
1.0.0 - Initial Release
1.1.0 - Removed the need to edit the memberlist.php file (Thanks Ken Iovino )
2.0.0 - Updated to work for vBulletin 3.8.x

This ability should be a default option in VB. Sadly members are open to SPAM without it.

Thanks Redlinemotorsports for updating this mod for the latest VB tagged for now as it is late and I am to tired to remove the other and add this one.
