Hi all,
Is there a way to insert a table in a post if I want to present information in a more organized way? Thanks very much! |

Not unless you either a) allow posting of html which is strongly not recommended or b) create bbcode to handle a table. There may be some bbcode for that, but I'm not sure. You can do a search in the Mods forums to see.

Lynne: Thanks for responding!
![]() Yikes... I didn't realize it's not a good idea to NOT allow HTML. Is there a way for me to check to make sure that I am NOT allowing it? It won't prevent links from showing, will it? Tiger: Thanks for the suggestion. I checked it out. How does it do with 3.8.x? |

As far as I know, BBCodes are fairly safe to install and test out... I'm pretty sure you can't do any damage by installing one, and testing it...
Not 100% sure though |

Allowing users to post using html is a Forum Permission. You can look at the bottom of the Forum page under Forum Manager and see if you allow html posting. I believe it is set to No by default.
