May I ask how I know I want to understand the example that is a legal forum, I even legal to send abuse back
 now is ok .. but i wanna to know ....I want to know how vbulletin.com know that is illegalDid you understand the Thanks Apologize if this topic is in the wrong section

Jelsoft will never discuss piracy checking with anybody, so your best luck would be to know that one day, any pirate is caught...

How does Jelsoft check? They have the actual database of licenses...
 You will never know for sure if a board is running vBulletin illegally or not. If you suspect a board of running vBulletin without a valid license, please report them via the piracy form.
