May I ask how I know I want to understand the example that is a legal forum, I even legal to send abuse back:) now is ok .. but i wanna to know ....I want to know how vbulletin.com know that is illegal

How does Jelsoft check? They have the actual database of licenses... ;)
You will never know for sure if a board is running vBulletin illegally or not. If you suspect a board of running vBulletin without a valid license, please report them via the piracy form. |
