How do you submit a plugin to vbulletin.org?
How do you submit a plugin to vbulletin.org?
Do you just create a thread in the mods forum? Also on the right hand side some developers put a "donate" link. How are they able to do that? I went to submit a thread in the mod section and everything looked just like any other thread. |

Moved to correct forum. Just uploaded files like you normally would, post within the mod forums. It will redirect you to a mod settings page. Set those and your mod is inserted in the "mod" database. The donate link is set within your user options I b elieve.

The donate link is controlled by a setting in your usercp.

and if you don't mind having negative opinion, do not focus on donations if you release stuff... this is the wrong way to do it... 95% of the time, nobody donate... that's all. if you think it will give you profit on your releases, just release them commercially on your own site...
