i am only 17 .i like to start a new forum i have debit card so i can pay through my account the price of VB rite ! Do u have any age limitation?? i mean vb plz help me guyz

No not at all. Unless you plan to make an adult forum. You are allowed to purchase at any age as long as you pay for it legally.

No age limit to my knowledge. You can pay by most Debit cards.
