i am only 17 .i like to start a new forum i have debit card so i can pay through my account the price of VB rite ! Do u have any age limitation?? i mean vb plz help me guyz

No not at all. Unless you plan to make an adult forum. You are allowed to purchase at any age as long as you pay for it legally.

No age limit to my knowledge. You can pay by most Debit cards.

Though I haven't seen anything in the license agreement or on vBulletin.com about this it is best to ask licensing questions in the pre-sale forum at vBulletin.com. As this forum is mainly intended for the discussion of modifications to vBulletin.
