OK im going to try and explain this. I have 1 server with multiple domain names on it one of them have a vB license already and I currently bought another license.

It only affects the installation that it is being run on. Tools.php is rarely used.

Use wordpad.
Start > Programs > Accessories > WordPad Make sure you select Files of Type: All Files when looking for the config file to open. Or just drag the config file into an empty wordpad and it should appear. |

i drag it and it just drags the icon in and and only shows the icon.
