Flash Banner

Hi all, i know this has been posted loads but i am quite new to this and wondered if anyone could help out..

I have made a flash banner and i dont have a clue how to get it on my site..

I can work out the header templates to a certain degree but i am a total newbie on how to get flash on my site, can someone help please??

I'm really sorry but i read that before in a previous post and i dont understand it.
I can do it if people give me step by step instructions and i learn vry quick but that code baffles me as i dont know if i should erase my template and use that or add it somewhere in the template..

The Flash file is on my server and is an .swf file, it also works fine...

open header template;
find:

    <td align="$stylevar[left]"><a href="$vboptions[forumhome].php$session[sessionurl_q]"><img src="$stylevar[titleimage]" border="0" alt="$vboptions[bbtitle]" /></a></td>

Thats the cell you can add your logo in just remove the <a href="$vboptions[forumhome].php$session[sessionurl_q]"><img src="$stylevar[titleimage]" border="0" alt="$vboptions[bbtitle]" /></a>
and add your Flash code or whatever you want on top.
