Is this a new feature? And how do I control it???
After a moderator logs in, and tries to moderate some posts, it asks him to re-enter his password to check permissions (I think). My moderators enter their pw correctly, but it denies them access , altho their passwords are correct!!!
How, and from which option in the acp, can I control this new feature? ps. my version is 370gold. |

Its a new feature in 3.7 that can't be disabled from what i can tell.
If your moderators are 100% sure they are entering their PW correctly, disable all plugins with the config.php file edit, and have them try again. |

This doesn't have anything to do with the timeout, there is no need to change it...
The problem lies with the password checking by the look of it. Quote:
