how do i change the permission so that people can play my site? thanks

admincp >> Arcade >> Group Permissions..

Set the Level of access for each user group you want to be able to play games..
Set to,,Can view and play..

Then you didnt upload all the folders that came with the arcade..

Three main folders (admincp,,includes,,arcade)
