admincp >> Arcade >> Group Permissions..

Set the Level of access for each user group you want to be able to play games..
Set to,,Can view and play..

that button is not showing up in admin panel

Then you didnt upload all the folders that came with the arcade..

Three main folders (admincp,,includes,,arcade)
