Make a user Member of 2 Usergroups
Hey guys I got a question
Is it possible to make a User automaticly member of a second usergroup if he joins the first usergroup through the Usercp? To clarify this I want to give a random example. I got 3 usergroups in my forum:
Now what I want is, that when you join the usergroup "Vip for lifetime", then it automatically sets you also as a member of the "Customers" group, does anyone have an idea how to do that? Thanks in advance |

Sorry I don't know how to do this but I know that you can edit primary and secondary user groups so thats how to do it manually

I am currently doing it manually, but it gets kinda annoying to change about 30 users group memberships a day.

How are you doing the "vip for lifetime" set up? If it's a paid subscription then you can set the customer's usergroup as a secondary usergroup. Or why not give the VIPs the same permissions as the customers? That way they don't have to be a member of two usergroups.
