Basically one of my user is claiming when she plays a game on the Arcade, she'll automatically get logged out and get the following message. She's in the same usergroup as everyone as 'Registered'. Seems like she's being interpreted as an 'Unregistered' user instead. Why?

is it only one user getting logged out ?
