One of my users are getting the following errors
 
'i have been disabled to have my high score entered and to contact admin'

Why is this and how do I fix it?

Basically one of my user is claiming when she plays a game on the Arcade, she'll automatically get logged out and get the following message. She's in the same usergroup as everyone as 'Registered'. Seems like she's being interpreted as an 'Unregistered' user instead. Why?
